LLR Drive is a web-based file management system tied to the internal SMB file system. It allows remote access and sharing of resources via user accounts and links. It was created as an alternative to the original VPN system, requiring the installation or execution of a VPN client (typically requiring administrative permissions) and the mapping of shares to the file explorer. Unlike the former, it is accessible on almost any workstation via a web browser, making it far more useful when working on lab or public computers.
It was built using OwnCloud.
In September of 2017 the service was renamed Web File System
