A few years ago I bought a set of BEST-brand small format core locks from eBay that had all been set to one key. These past few months I learned how these BEST locks operated and got some tools to take them apart and re-pin them. After writing some software to calculate key cuts and pin segments, I grand-master-keyed all these cylinders and installed them around my house.
